This policy explains how Wisconsin Radon Help ("we", "us"), operated by The Digital Agency LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, handles information on this website.

What we collect

  • Quote form: first and last name, email, phone number, ZIP code, city, property type, whether you're buying or selling, whether you've tested for radon and the result if you share it, and any message you add. We also record the exact consent wording you agreed to, its version, the date and time you agreed, the page you sent the form from, and the internet (IP) address and browser type the form came from. We keep these as proof that you agreed to be contacted.
  • Contact form: your name, email, topic and message.
  • Abuse protection: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, kept for about two days to limit repeated submissions.

Please don't include health information about yourself or others in the message box. We don't need it to send your request.

Why we collect it

  • To pass your quote request to one radon mitigation contractor who can help you.
  • To answer your questions and privacy requests.
  • To keep records of your consent, and to protect the site from spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

  • One contractor. We share your quote request with one independent radon mitigation contractor certified by NRPP or NRSB who serves your area. That contractor may contact you by phone, text or email about your request, as described in the consent box. Their own privacy practices apply once they have your information.
  • Service providers. Our website host and database provider (Cloudflare) store the information on our behalf.
  • When the law requires it, such as a valid court order.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other contractors, lead buyers or advertisers. Contact forms are never shared with contractors.

Calls and texts

You can tell the contractor to stop contacting you at any time. For texts, reply STOP. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will ask for your permission first and update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and contact messages for up to 24 months, then delete them. Consent records may be kept as long as needed to show you agreed to be contacted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by sending a privacy request through our contact form. We'll reply by email. If we already shared your request with a contractor, we'll tell you which one so you can contact them too.

Security

Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that isn't open to the public. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access your information.

Children

This site is meant for adults who own or are buying or selling a home. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
